For this music video, I was responsible for the editing and grading. The video is a powerful representation of life in the block, which is reflected in both the song and its visuals. The focal point of the video is the intense scenes from the prison cell, which serve as a narrative anchor. The story begins by showing Lio’s past self in the cell, transitioning into lio himself being locked up. The video has a raw, street vibe, accentuated by the black-and-white grading, which adds a gritty, timeless feel to the footage. Filmed by Lio himself with the help of his friends, the video captures the essence of his journey and the struggles he’s faced.
